Mass flow describes how many tonnes move each hour. Volumetric flow describes the space that material occupies each hour. For example, 30 t/h at a bulk density of 650 kg/m³ equals approximately 46.2 m³/h. This conversion is a starting point; it does not determine machine size or available capacity.
Redler is a commonly used term for enclosed drag-chain conveying. When specifying a system, describe the material, route, inlet and discharge requirements so the engineering team can confirm the appropriate chain and casing arrangement.
Please describe whether you need to move discrete loads or loose bulk material. These enquiries should be distinguished from the rotor lift listed in the Ferro Oiltek conveying portfolio. Share the actual product and lifting task so the team can confirm equipment availability and suitability.
Compare the entire route, not only the conveyor. Mechanical options require review of material contact, supports and transfer points. Pneumatic systems also require airflow, pressure, bends and separation to be engineered together. Material testing may be needed before final selection.
