Volumetric flow = tonnes/hour × 1,000 ÷ bulk density. Daily movement = tonnes/hour × operating hours. Each straight centreline = √(horizontal² + rise²). Route dimensions are user requirements; they do not include transitions, pipe bends, boot/head sections or installation allowances. No drive power, chain pull, belt width or pneumatic pressure is calculated.
